We faced a significant noise issue throughout the night, with strange sounds that interrupted our sleep despite being told the hotel was quiet. Additionally, the bathroom's shower configuration caused unwanted flooding on the floor, making it a slippery experience. The staff's response to our complaints was dismissive, which further added to our frustration.

The gentleman at the reception made our arrival super smooth and even shared some great local spots to check out. We loved chilling in the small garden and relaxing in the bath after a long day. The hotel boasts a convenient location, allowing easy access to the city center. Staff members were especially supportive, assisting with our late-night arrival. The Triple Room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable space to unwind after a long day. I also enjoyed the small garden area, a lovely touch amidst my explorations.
However, the noise from outside was noticeable at times.
